Return Policy

On Back Campers reserves the right for the final interpretation of the following Terms and Conditions. Our return policy does not apply to batteries, electronics, and custom orders.

Cancellations:
Your online orders are processed within 24 hours and can be cancelled before shipping information is provided.

Returns:
Once the order is delivered to you, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all orders.
To initiate a return, please email the receipt or proof of purchase to us at info@onbackcampers.com.au. Additionally, provide return shipping information, including the tracking number and shipping company details.

You are responsible for covering all shipping costs for the returned item. Postage is non-refundable.

Failure to comply with any of the terms above may result in us refusing the return or exchange, or imposing different or additional conditions.
