Warranty

This limited warranty applies to On Back Campers' truck campers and camping gear purchased and used within Australia. It is valid for the original consumer purchaser only and covers defects in materials and workmanship for specific periods:

1. General structural integrity of the truck camper and camping gear - 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. Structural integrity of the aluminum sidewalls, framework, floor, and roof - 3 years from the date of purchase.
3. Vinyl pop-up enclosure (soft sides) - 3 years from the date of purchase.

Exclusions from this warranty include damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, unauthorized modifications, and environmental conditions. Consumables, cosmetic flaws, and components from other manufacturers are also not covered.

In the case of a covered defect, On Back Campers' sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part or camper during the warranty period. However, the customer is responsible for transportation costs. Incidental expenses and consequential damages are not covered.

To obtain warranty services, customers must promptly notify On Back Campers or an authorized dealer, providing proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Repairs must be performed at a designated service location approved by On Back Campers.
